City Hall was busy today with two simultaneous celebrations underway: the Hoboken Puerto Rican Heritage celebration and the Carlo's Bakery (aka "The Cake Boss") Festival. After the Puerto Rican flag was raised in front of city hall, the Cake Boss himself came over to join the celebration. Click
